 I write to thank you for your help in marketing my apartment during this particularly difficult rental season.  You are the only broker among the seven listing the apartment who seemed to have my interest at heart.  I was particularly impressed with your plan to discount the rent in phases, expressly to avoid having the apartment remain vacant for the winter, suggested with the understanding that you need not be the realtor who would benefit from it.

I think that there are few things more stressful than searching for an apartment from out of state and with a pressing deadline. However as my husband and I found knowing the right people makes all the difference. Mike was able to help us immensely to not only find apartments that fit within our price range but where in great locations. I have to admit the thing that stuck out more than what we were able to find was what we were able to avoid. One of the apartments that we both really liked Mike found out had a reputation for drug traffic and because of that he was not willing to risk it and go through with the rental. Dear Michael, It was my great pleasure having attended your annual Real Estate seminar again this year. As a landlord more 14 years in Newton, I have come across many real estate related questions.
