As someone who was relocating from out-of-state, Mike helped my wife and I find a good apartment that fit our needs. Though I had an innate sense of loathing realtors, Mike made the process seem like I was getting to know a new friend who was helping me get to know the area and find a good place to live. Though we weren’t able to get a hold of him via email and I would suggest calling, Mike more than made up for it, so much so that I still gave him a five star rating here. I also appreciated the sense I got that I was not only working with someone who knew the business of realty but was also a scholar in the field of realty, if there is such a thing.

Thanks Mike for making our move easier! I appreciated your help finding a place close to work and look forward to working with you if we should move in the future!

Michael at Newton Centre Associates was more than helpful!! We were new to the area and he answered all of our questions and provided us with plenty of information. He was more than willing to accomodate our schedules and was dedicated to finding us an apartment in our price range. He was a pleasure to work with, far beyond any realtor I have ever worked with before. I highly recommend Newton Centre Associates and will absolutely be a returning customer if we move again!!

Mike recently helped me find an apartment. Unlike other realtors I met with, Mike didn’t show me apartments he knew I wouldn’t like. When it came down to two apartments I liked (one through him and one through another realtor) he called to check in on me without pressuring me. He was a tremendous help throughout the apartment hunting process, even assisting me after the “deal was made”. Mike was honest and forthcoming and made the apartment hunting process a bit easier.

Finding our third apartment with Newton Centre Associates was a great experience!! I was getting nervous that our move-in date was rapidly approaching and we wouldn’t find a place to live, but they found us the perfect place within 2 days! We had our lease signed in less than 24 hours!

The place we found was a great find, and it could have been scooped up in no time, but Newton Centre Associates was on the ball! I can’t WAIT to move to the new place, it’s fantastic! Everyone in the office is so friendly and easy to work with, and their Admin. Assistant knows it all!

It was a pleasure working with Mike and Newton Centre Associates to find my new apartment! I’ve been renting for a decade now and can say that I have never uttered that phrase before. Mike, the owner was very friendly and helpful as was his wife Carla. Mike responded to all of my questions quickly and was flexible if I had to reschedule a meeting. After I sent in my application, Mike kept me updated while working with the owner. I felt at ease working with Newton Centre Associates. Mike had a thorough understanding of what I was looking for and advocated for me until I got the apartment I wanted.

I attended Mike’s multi-family home ownership seminar last fall. I know Mike because he is the property manager of the two-family home that my family and I rent in Newton. We are not home owners but are planning to be in the future, so when Mike invited me to attend the seminar that he and his colleagues host I was very interested in the opportunity to learn more about single and multi-family home ownership. My interest did not go unrewarded. The combination of Mike and his team’s financial, legal and practical knowledge made for a very productive seminar. The presentations provided very useful and specific advice and counsel for anyone interested in home ownership. Oh, and in addition to his expertise in the (Boston area realty market) he is an outstanding property manager as well.

Highly recommended! Mike, the owner, was not only super helpful but he was also super friendly! He took the time to know me so he could show me the right types of apartments, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. He was also very prompt with email and phone replies, as I had needed to move into an apartment ASAP! His entire office staff was equally helpful and friendly – and I will most definitely use Newton Centre Associates for my next move! Dealing with NCA has been one of the best realtor experiences I’ve had (and I’ve dealt with many, many other realtors and agencies in the past!)

It was my great pleasure having attended your annual Real Estate Seminar & Trade Show again this year.

As a landlord for more than 14 years in Newton, I have come across many real estate related questions. Some of them were easily answered online or by other means, but many are left with no answers to my satisfaction.

A few years ago, I was contacted by your office regarding an annual RE seminar & trade show for rental property owners. When I arrived in Marriott Newton Hotel, I was surprised by your greeting staff, the delicious dinner, the sponsors who were RE professionals with good track of records and most important, the speakers like you and others you invited. Your hospitality, the insights of RE knowledge, including rental properties and the topics of your seminars are highly valued by the audience. To my best, I took my unanswered questions into the seminars, and I brought back the satisfied answers out of it. Above all, you offered everything for free. Why?
