I think that there are few things more stressful than searching for an apartment from out of state and with a pressing deadline. However as my husband and I found knowing the right people makes all the difference. Mike was able to help us immensely to not only find apartments that fit within our price range but where in great locations. I have to admit the thing that stuck out more than what we were able to find was what we were able to avoid. One of the apartments that we both really liked Mike found out had a reputation for drug traffic and because of that he was not willing to risk it and go through with the rental. I appreciated that he held his standard even if it meant missing the opportunity for himself. All in all we found Mike very helpful which made the process so much easier! Ashley M.
