Dear Michael, It was my great pleasure having attended your annual Real Estate seminar again this year. As a landlord more 14 years in Newton, I have come across many real estate related questions. Some of them were easily answered online or by other means, but many are left with no answers to my satisfaction. I was surprised by your greeting staff, the delicious dinner, the sponsors who were RE professionals with good track of records and most important, the speakers like you and others you invited. Your hospitality, the insights of RE knowledge, including rental properties and the topics of your seminars are highly valued by the audience. To my best, I took my unanswered questions into the seminars, and I brought back the satisfied answers out of it. Above all, you offered everything for free. Why? As you said in the seminar, you want to give back to your customers and your community that you care the most.
