Michael is an excellent rental agent. Definitely knows his “stuff” when it comes to renting a property in Newton. He is always on time and always reliable. He found us a great rental.
A couple of years later we decided to consider him as our buyer’s agent. Again, he was able to find us a house in Newton that suited our needs. Mike has great knowledge of the area with respect to both rental and for-sale properties. Moreover, a newsletter arrives every month from Newton Centre Associates which contains tips and current trends.
I wish I followed his hunch about the “kitchen designer” I picked.
