We hired Michael Spurr to help us manage some rental properties we have.  Our previous management co was irresponsible, dishonest and basically awful (they also let our properties disintegrate).

When we hired Michael, he took control over the situation.  He was willing to work with us and address our needs.  We stressed the condition of our properties was critical.
