We are very excited and honored to have Attorney Susan A. Bernstein as our Keynote Speaker at this year’s Real Estate Seminar & Trade Show. She has been practicing law for nearly 25-years, prior to which she worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the US Congress.
Her practice focuses on permitting, zoning for residential and commercial real estate, negotiating with governmental agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. She has represented clients in communities throughout eastern Massachusetts on matters ranging from wetlands and zoning to state and federal hazardous waste.
She has written extensively about various regulatory requirements and been featured in Banker & Tradesmen, Commercial Lending Review, and the New England Journal of Real Estate. She is the author of the Public Health and Environmental Law section of the Massachusetts Environmental Law Handbook.
