Newton Corner is a neighbor of Watertown, Brighton and Boston MA, and is one of the thirteen villages in Newton MA. The best know landmark here is the hotel that was built over the Mass Turn Pike, currently owned by the Crown Plaza I believe. Newton Corner has some great restaurants and hot spots to meet for a drink. Buffs Pub comes to mind and it’s rumored to be where Matt Leblanc hangs out on the Wednesday night before Thanks Giving. Matt and Conan Talk about Newton & Brookline He grew up on Cook Street in Newton. There is an exit (17) for the Pike and you can also get on the extension of Storrow Drive, Soldiers Field Road to get to Cambridge or Boston. Newton Corner offers a great mix of property, single family Victorians, newer town homes, and small apartment buildings too. Public transportation is available in the form of express buses to Boston, the 57 bus thru Brighton to Kenmore Square or the 52 to Newton Centre and Dedham.
