Multi-Family, First Time Buyer, Got a Great Deal!

Grand Daughter of a long term client.  Her and her fiance’ wanted to buy a multifamily and follow in the family’s path of owner investment property.  When I first saw the house in person, I was not impressed.  Cosmetically it was a mess.  But as I looked closer I saw a lot of hidden value because the structure was very solid, square and true.  It was a great location and a good sized lot.  The listing agent was very nice and honest, but may have made mistakes in the marketing of the home.  I was able to use these mistakes to my clients advantage and the couple got a very good deal!
