Owners/Landlords, if you have a tenant that is late with the monthly rent do not let it slide. Find out why immediately! Send a notice of late rent and start a paper trail as soon as this happens. Too often I see landlords let it go and then one month becomes two and you blink and the tenant is six months behind before you put you foot down.
