We all need a place to call home. The Real Estate world has changed in remarkable ways over the last 40 years and will continue to change in ways we cannot even imagine. Our goal is to help you navigate this changing world to meet your goals. It might be a simple goal of finding an apartment close to the MBTA or a place that will accept your dog (anyone with a dog understands that finding that apartment is not a simple task), relocating from across the country or from overseas, purchasing your first home/condo or trading up your investment portfolio with the use of a 1031 Exchange.
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Many people use the word “Realtor” to describe anyone who is a Real Estate salesperson or Broker. This is a mistake because a Realtor (R) is a registered trademark and organization, much like a trade union or professional group. Please understand that not all Real Estate agents are Realtors. In fact most are not members of NAR or MAR. Realtors have many resources available not to mention classes and a legal hotline. Realtors are held to a higher level of ethical standards and practices.
